Founded in 2002, Shenzhen Chihai Motor Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of micro DC motors and DC reduction motors. Starting from micro motors, the company has accumulated decades of technical experience and developed a full range of product lines, including spur gear reduction motors, planetary reduction motors, and worm gear reduction motors. Our product voltage ranges from 1VDC to 30VDC, and motor diameters cover 8mm to 51mm. Factory Facilities
Chihai Motor owns an independent factory with reasonable layout and tidy environment, fully equipped with complete infrastructure for motor and gearbox manufacturing. The factory is divided into standardized functional zones including production workshops, R&D and office areas, finished product warehouses and quality testing centers, supporting large-scale and standardized mass production.

DC Motor Workshop
Specializes in coil winding, assembly, magnetic circuit installation and full-motor performance testing of micro DC motors.
Reduction Motor Workshop
Focuses on gearbox processing, precision gear meshing assembly and complete reduction motor assembly.
Automated Production Equipment
All core production procedures including winding, assembly, aging and performance testing adopt automated equipment, which effectively reduces manual errors, improves production efficiency and product consistency, and ensures stable bulk supply capacity.
Motor Production Line
The full-process motor production line covers rotor winding, stator assembly, magnet installation, brush/commutator assembly, final assembly and factory testing. We can flexibly adjust production parameters to support customized manufacturing of micro DC motors ranging from 8mm to 51mm in diameter and 1VDC to 30VDC in voltage.
Gearbox Production Line
Our reduction motor production line supports the processing and assembly of three core gearbox types: spur gear, planetary gear and worm gear. Every procedure from gear forming and precision meshing to overall box assembly is strictly controlled to ensure stable operation, low noise and long service life of gearboxes.
Testing & Inspection Equipment
We are equipped with a complete set of professional testing equipment to conduct full inspection or random sampling on key performance indicators including rotating speed, torque, noise, current and service life, ensuring all finished products meet clients' technical requirements before delivery.
R&D & Engineering Capabilities
Our professional engineering team consists of 6 technical engineers, proficient in motor structural design, gear transmission design, electromagnetic optimization and customized development.
