Therefore, in addition to damage to the components, the use of carbon brushes and commutators is also restricted. The DC brushless reducer has no carbon brushes and commutator. They are maintenance-free, sturdy and widely used. However, complex control techniques must be used to control the characteristics of DC motors. Today's semiconductors are developing rapidly, and the switching frequency of power devices is faster, thereby improving the performance of the drive motor. The speed of the microprocessor is getting faster and faster. The AC motor controller can be placed in a rotating two-axis Cartesian coordinate system, and the two-axis current components of the AC motor can be correctly controlled to achieve similar DC motor control, which is comparable to the DC motor. performance.




When the number of rotor poles is fixed, changing the frequency of the stator rotating magnetic field can change the rotor speed. The DC brushless reducer is a synchronous motor with electronic control (drive), which is used to control the frequency of the stator rotating magnetic field, and feedback the speed of the motor rotor to the control center for repeated calibration to achieve characteristics close to the characteristics of a DC motor. In other words, when the load changes within the rated load range, the DC brushless motor can control the motor rotor to maintain a certain speed.
