We need to perform both airtight inspection and torsional vibration testing during the assembly of the DC geared motor. Below we will introduce these knowledge points for everyone.
1, air tightness check
Many users will encounter oil leakage during the process of using DC geared motor. This is because the airtightness of the gearbox is not good, so we need to do DC when installing the DC geared motor. The airtightness check of the geared motor is as follows: During the assembly process, the airtightness test is performed before refueling.
The specific inspection method is: by pressurizing the reducer by using a press, the pressure of the reducer can be pressurized to 0.15 MPa, and observation is performed under such pressure conditions. If the reducer does not leak for 20 seconds, the pressure will not change and can be detected using a precision pressure gauge. After doing a good job of checking the air tightness of the DC geared motor, you should make relevant records.
2, torsional vibration test
The torsional vibration value is a very important parameter indicating the quality of the DC geared motor. We should use the torsional vibration meter and the torsional vibration sensor to test the vibration speed of the DC geared motor according to actual needs. It is necessary to add the normal vehicle weight to the DC geared motor. Force. Similarly, after the inspection is completed, relevant records need to be made.
Tip: The above two indicators must be delivered after they have reached the standard.
