1. Gear reduction motor
Gear reduction motor is a commonly used reduction motor. It is characterized by simple structure and small size. Gear reduction motors can be divided into the following types according to the number of gears and transmission mode:
(1) Helical gear reduction motor: Helical gear reduction motor is a reduction motor with helical gear transmission as the main transmission. It is characterized by smooth transmission, low noise and high torque output. It is suitable for occasions that require smooth output torque.
(2) Cylindrical gear motor: Cylindrical gear motor is a motor with cylindrical gear transmission as the main feature, which is characterized by high transmission efficiency, large torque output and smooth transmission.
(3) Bevel gear motor: Bevel gear motor is a motor with bevel gear transmission as the main feature, which is characterized by high transmission efficiency, smooth transmission and large torque output.
2. Planetary gear motor
Planetary gear motor is a commonly used gear motor with compact structure. Planetary gear motor can be divided into the following types according to the number of planetary gears and transmission mode:
(1) Single-stage planetary gear motor: Single-stage planetary gear motor is a motor with single planetary gear transmission as the main feature, which is characterized by high transmission efficiency and low noise.
(2) Double-stage planetary gear motor: Double-stage planetary gear motor is a motor with two planetary gear transmission as the main feature, which is characterized by higher output torque, higher transmission efficiency and lower noise. It is suitable for occasions requiring higher efficiency and greater torque output.
3. Worm reduction motor
The worm reduction motor is a commonly used reduction motor. It is characterized by compact structure. According to the number of worms and worm wheels and the transmission method, the worm reduction motor can be divided into the following types:
(1) Single-stage worm reduction motor: A single-stage worm reduction motor is a reduction motor mainly driven by a single worm and worm wheel. It is characterized by high transmission efficiency and smooth transmission.
(2) Double-stage worm reduction motor: A double-stage worm reduction motor is a reduction motor mainly driven by two worms and worm wheels. It is characterized by greater output torque, higher transmission efficiency and smoother transmission. It is suitable for occasions requiring higher efficiency and greater torque output.
