CHR-GM25-370 is a DC reduction motor, or gear reduction motor, which can be equipped with or without encoder. With encoder, it has an additional speed measurement function, which can be applied to speed measurement cars, two-wheeled vehicles, balance cars, racing cars, tracking cars, confrontation robots, maze robots and other fields. CHR-GM25-370 DC reduction motor is mainly composed of gearbox, gearbox connecting plate and 370 motor.

Gearbox: mainly composed of housing, base plate, axle, gear, copper sleeve, output shaft. Different reduction ratios require different numbers of metal gears and copper sleeves with different numbers of teeth to be installed in the reduction box. The gearbox mainly plays a role in reducing the speed and increasing the output torque. The torque output at different speeds is also different. Normally, the larger the reduction ratio, the smaller the output speed and the greater the output torque.

Gearbox connecting plate: mainly plays the role of connecting the reduction box and the motor.

370 motor: DC motor, using strong magnetic tiles, the main structure is stator, rotor, housing, magnetic tiles, carbon brushes, etc., the original speed is 1360 rpm.

CHR-GM25-370 The whole machine weighs about 0.1kg, the power is 3W, the rated voltage is 6V/12V/24V, the maximum torque can reach 18kg, it can be reversed and the speed can be adjusted, but it needs to be connected to the speed regulator. Generally, the red wire is connected to the positive pole and the black wire is connected to the negative pole. If the reverse connection is made, the motor will rotate in the opposite direction. It needs to be used within the specified load range. If it is overloaded for a long time, stalled, or the load is reversed instantly, the motor will easily burn out.
