Brushless DC planetary gear motor, compared with carbon brush motor, has a longer life and is not controlled by carbon brush. The service life is at least 3000H. Because the brushless gear motor has a long life, low noise and high torque, the price is higher, and the brushless gear motor is more expensive, even twice as high.
The characteristics of the miniature DC planetary gear motor: Compared with the same kind of ordinary gear box, it has the characteristics of stable transmission, large bearing capacity, large transmission ratio in a small space, and long service life. Small size and beautiful appearance.
Planetary gearbox is an important component widely used in mechanical transmission. When a pair of gears meshes, due to the inevitable existence of tooth pitch and tooth profile errors, meshing shock will occur during operation, which corresponds to the meshing frequency of the gears. Noise, friction noise is also generated due to the relative sliding between the tooth surfaces. Since gears are the basic components of gearbox transmission, reducing gear noise is necessary to control gearbox noise. Generally speaking, the main reasons for the noise of the gear system are as follows:
1. Gear design. Improper selection of parameters, too small overlap, improper or no trimming of tooth profile, unreasonable structure of gearbox, etc. Surface roughness is too large.
2. Gear train and gearbox. The assembly is eccentric, the contact accuracy is low, the shaft parallelism is poor, the rigidity of the shaft, bearing and support is insufficient, the bearing rotation accuracy is not high, and the clearance is improper.
3. Other input torques. Fluctuation of load torque, torsional vibration of shafting, balance of motor and other transmission pairs, etc.
