Common problems of planetary gear motor noise:


1) The abnormal sound of the windshield has a great relationship with the conformity of the windshield. During the processing, the welding points are rough, the edge of the small mouth of the windshield is inconsistent, and the end of the rotor is often rubbed during assembly.




(2) Electromagnetic sound is divided into high frequency and low frequency. The shaft iron core position oblique groove degree is not in good conformity, the iron core inner bore is not bright, and the rotor outer diameter machining is inconsistent are the factors that can not be ignored that lead to this kind of failure. This type of problem is usually eliminated and solved by replacing the rotor.




 (3) The motor makes a loud and heavy sound. Reason-Causes may be:


①The air gap between the stator and the rotor is not uniform. At this time, the sound fluctuates high and low and the interval between high-pitched sounds remains unchanged. This is caused by bearing wear that makes the stator and rotor not concentric.


② Three-phase current is unbalanced. This is due to the faulty grounding, short circuit or poor contact of the three-phase windings. If the sound is dull, it means that the motor is seriously overloaded or running without phase.


③The iron core is loose. During the operation of the motor, the iron core fixing bolts are loosened due to vibration, which causes the iron core silicon steel sheet to loosen and emit noise.


(4) Bearing noise, the bearing will make a certain sound during operation. If the bearing is running normally, the sound will be continuous and small "rustling" sound, and there will be no sudden high and low changes and metal friction sound.




The following sounds are abnormal.




 ① There is a "squeak" sound when the bearing is running, which is the sound of metal friction, which is generally caused by the lack of oil in the bearing. The bearing should be disassembled and added with an appropriate amount of grease.


②If there is a "squeak" sound, this is the sound when the ball rotates, which is generally caused by dry grease or lack of oil, and you can add an appropriate amount of grease.


③If there is a "click" sound or a "crunch" sound, it is the sound produced by the irregular movement of the balls in the bearing, which is caused by the damage of the balls in the bearing or the drying of the grease after the motor has not been used for a long time.


(5) The uneven collision sound is caused by the collision of the fan blades against the fan cover.


(6) The noise caused by the virtual friction of the stator and rotor is a limit state of sweeping.


(7) The noise of insulating paper, due to the noise caused by improper placement of stator or rotor slot insulation, it is not easy to find the specific location when dealing with such faults.


(8) Other factors such as the partial ejection of the slot wedge, vibration, and the length of the bearing cap fixing bolts also cause noise.
