1. Stress relief annealing treatment: The purpose is to eliminate casting force and improve mechanical properties and machinability.


2. Graphitization annealing: If the cross-sectional size of the DC brushless gear motor is quite different, it is easy to form white holes in the thin section, so graphitization annealing must be carried out, and the purpose is to eliminate white holes.


3. Other materials: There are also brushless DC gear motors of aluminum alloys. The heat treatment is similar to that of cast iron, and the purpose is similar. However, important aluminum alloy parts need to be solution-treated for aging in order to improve their mechanical properties.


4. Homogenization annealing: For the more important brushless DC gear motors or brushless DC gear motors of other cast iron materials, in order to improve the mechanical properties, homogenization annealing is required, because a lot of chemical composition segregation is formed during the casting process, the purpose is to uniform Structure, ensure consistent mechanical properties of each section, and improve mechanical properties.




Brushless DC reducer polishing types are as follows:


1. Flame polishing: Use flame to soften and bake the surface of the brushless DC gear motor, and fire impact, which can remove some twill lines and wrinkles on the surface. After many cuts, the mouth will be flame-polished, but this treatment method will Reduce the flatness of the surface of the brushless DC geared motor.


2. Polishing with polishing powder: This method is to rub the surface of the machine at high speed to remove scratches. Before polishing, the polishing part must be sanded with abrasive belts. This method uses a lot of materials, and the best effect is cerium oxide. This process is relatively slow.


3. Acid treatment and polishing: Use the corrosion effect of acid on the surface of the brushless DC gear motor to carry out surface treatment. The brushless DC gear motor also needs to be polished with abrasive belts before polishing, because acid polishing will reduce the thickness of the equipment itself a lot. Moreover, it is not always possible to remove all the textures on the surface.
