The speed regulating motor has good energy-saving effect and can make people work harder and get twice the result with half the effort. The pitch is the axial distance between the corresponding points of two adjacent threads. Before adjusting the pitch, first confirm that the electronic equipment is debugged normally, each channel is connected correctly, and the direction is correct, then pull out two electric shock wires, put them in a safe position, and then adjust them.
The new magnetic levitation wind turbine has the characteristics of automatic pitch adjustment because it uses permanent magnetic bearings to achieve stability in four degrees of freedom in the radial direction. First, the active magnetic bearing is used to achieve axial stable suspension, and then the rotor is stably suspended in five degrees of freedom. Moreover, the torque generated by the bearing is very small, frictionless, low starting wind speed, low noise, high efficiency and energy saving, no lubrication, low maintenance cost, and long service life. During the rotation of the rotor, the speed regulating electronic equipment can use the blades to adjust the pitch at will, and always maintain the optimal angle for the magnetic levitation vertical axis wind turbine to obtain thrust. By lengthening the blades, the capacity of the wind turbine can be increased, thereby reducing the total cost. There are also active magnetic bearings that replace traditional bearings to adjust the rotor position offset.
The method of adjusting the pitch is to level the cross plate to adjust the pitch to the level of the cross plate; you can also adjust the mixing arm, aileron, zigzag frame, and main propeller clamp of the phaser from bottom to top one by one until the pitch is 0, so that the positive and negative pitches are basically the same; or choose a propeller as the main propeller, mark it, and adjust the main propeller when adjusting the propeller; measure the high pitch and low pitch separately. If the pitch is 12, no adjustment is required, if no adjustment is required; if the difference between the positive and negative pitches is not enough 24, it means that the servo travel is not enough. You can adjust the pitch value so that the difference between the positive and negative pitches is equal to 24. If there are other results, you can set the pitch parameter to 0 or the default value before adjustment.
