How to distinguish whether it is an oil bearing or a ball bearing

The easiest way to distinguish whether it is an oil bearing or a ball bearing is to move the fan blade by hand. With the same force, the rotation of the ball bearing is easier, the rotation time is also long, and it will be slightly reversed when it stops. Turn the direction; the oil bearing is obviously different

You can feel it when you dial it with your hand, the lubricity of the ball is better, the noise is small, and the ordinary rotation is relatively hard

If it is disassembled, it is difficult to distinguish it with the naked eye. Oil-impregnated bearings have holes that are invisible to the naked eye. Usually oil is sucked into these pores, and the oil will come out to lubricate when rotating. However, after dismantling the ball bearing, you can see at a glance that there are tiny small holes in it. For balls, if the time is long, lubricating oil must be dripped manually, otherwise it will make a lot of noise.
