1. The difference between a brushless DC motor and a brushed DC motor can generally be seen by looking at the lead wire of the motor. The rotor of the brushless motor does not need an external power supply, so there is no lead wire; and the brush motor needs an external power supply There are two power cords (DC). The lead wires on the stator are indistinguishable.
2.Compared with the brush motor, the continuous working time of the brushless motor will be very long, that is because the brushless motor does not need to change the carbon brush; and the carbon brush of the brush motor will wear out after a period of use. It needs to be replaced to ensure the normal shrinkage of the sensor motor. So their continuous working time is quite different.
3. But note: the length of continuous working time does not mean the service life of the motor! The theoretical long continuous working time does not mean the long life of the motor! The service life of the motor is determined by the weakest part of the main components in the motor For example, if the quality of the winding manufacturing process of a brushless motor is not high, then the first bad motor is a brushless motor, not a brushed motor.
