The method of pressing is usually used to make the inner ring of the bearing and the journal tightly pressed together, so that the inner ring of the bearing can rotate with the shaft when the motor is running. . Therefore, it is troublesome to disassemble the bearing of the brush motor.


1. Use a special puller to remove the bearing. When using a special puller to disassemble, place the foot of the puller on the inner ring of the brush motor bearing, not on the outer ring, to prevent damage to the bearing and pull the screw The apex of the shaft should be aligned with the center of the shaft, the puller should be parallel to the shaft, the force should be even when turning the handle, and the rotation should be slow to prevent the bearing from being pulled too quickly. In order to make the disassembly easy, some kerosene can also be infiltrated between the bearing inner ring and the rotating shaft and then pulled.


2. Use a metal rod to remove the brushed motor bearing. When there is no special puller or it is not suitable to be disassembled by a puller, the metal rod can be placed on the inner ring of the bearing, and the metal rod can be beaten with a hammer to slowly remove the bearing. Knock out on the rotating shaft. In order to prevent the bearing from being damaged, the two corresponding sides of the bearing should be knocked in turn, not just one side, in order to prevent the bearing from being damaged during knocking, so that the bearing inner ring is evenly stressed.


3. Place the brushed motor on the cylinder and remove the bearing. Place the bearing on the cylinder. Place two iron plates under the inner ring of the bearing, and then place the iron plate on a circle with an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the shaft. On the tube, as shown in Figure 1-7. In order to prevent bending and end deformation of the rotating shaft, the end surface of the rotating shaft cannot be directly hit with a hammer. A hardwood or copper block should be placed on the end of the rotating shaft, and then the wooden or copper block should be hit with a hammer. The focus point when beating should be aligned with the center of the shaft, and the force should not be too violent. In order to prevent damage to the rotor or shaft when the bearing falls off, something soft should be placed on the bottom of the cylinder. In addition, when the bearing gradually loosens, the beating force should be reduced accordingly.


4. Heating method to disassemble the bearing. The heating method is used to disassemble the bearing, which uses the principle of thermal expansion and contraction to expand the inner ring of the brush motor bearing and remove it. It is suitable for situations where the assembly tolerance is too tight or the bearing is oxidized and it is difficult to disassemble using the above methods. Before heating, in order to produce a significant temperature difference between the bearing and the shaft and prevent heat dissipation, wrap the shaft with a cloth soaked in cold water, and then pour oil heated to about 100°C on the inner ring of the bearing, and take advantage of the situation to remove the bearing. Down.


5. The method of dismounting the bearing in the end cover hole When the outer ring of the bearing is tightly assembled with the end cover hole of the brushed motor, the outer ring of the bearing will remain in the end cover hole after the end cover is removed. At this time, the end cover can be placed on the two iron plates steadily with the spigot facing upwards, and be careful not to jam the bearing. Then a piece of metal rod with a diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing can be placed on the outer ring of the bearing, with Slowly tap the metal rod with the hand hammer to push out the bearing outer ring.
