The correct installation, use and maintenance of the planetary reducer are important links to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when installing the planetary reducer, be sure to strictly follow the installation and use of related matters, and carefully assemble and use it.


first step


Before installation, confirm whether the brushless DC motor and the reducer are in good condition, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connecting the motor and the reducer match. This is the size of the motor positioning boss, reducer input shaft and groove.


Second step


Unscrew the screw on the dust-proof hole on the outer side of the reducer flange, adjust the snap ring of the PCS system to align the side hole with the dust-proof hole, and insert an Allen key to tighten. After that, remove the motor shaft key.


third step


Connect the motor to the reducer naturally. When connecting, make sure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor is the same, and the outer flanges are parallel. Due to the inconsistency, the motor shaft may be broken or the reducer gear may be worn.


In addition, during the installation process, it is forbidden to strike with a hammer to prevent axial or radial force from damaging the bearing or gear. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts, and then tighten the fastening bolts. Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil on the input shaft of the motor with gasoline or zinc-sodium water, and locate the boss and reducer joints. Its purpose is to ensure the tightness of the connection and the flexibility of operation, and to prevent unnecessary wear.


Before connecting the DC brushless motor to the reducer, the keyway of the motor shaft should be perpendicular to the fastening bolt. In order to ensure uniform force, first turn any diagonal mounting bolts, but do not tighten them, then turn the other two diagonal mounting bolts, and tighten the four mounting bolts one by one. Finally, tighten the tension bolt. All fastening bolts need to be fixed and inspected with a torque wrench according to the fixed torque data shown.


The correct installation of the gearbox and mechanical equipment is the same as the correct installation of the gearbox and drive motor. The key is to ensure that the concentricity between the output shaft of the reducer and the driven shaft is consistent.


The inner gear ring is tightly connected with the gearbox housing, the center of the gear ring has a sun gear driven by external power, and a set of three gears is divided into two groups on the tray. Planetary gear set (C) The planetary gear set depends on the output shaft, ring gear and sun gear carrier floating during this period; when the planetary reducer drives the sun gear on the input side, it can drive the planetary gears to rotate and follow the DC brushless The trajectory of the inner gear ring of the motor rotates along the center, and the rotation of the patrol star drives the power output shaft connected to the tray.
