The performance of the permanent magnet motor is similar to that of the electromagnetic shunt motor, the starting torque is large, the mechanical characteristics are hard, and the speed changes little when the load changes. Micro DC motors can be divided into brushed DC geared motors and brushless DC geared motors according to their structure and performance characteristics. The two are different and applied to different products; in practical applications, the performance and life of brushless DC geared motors are the same. To be superior to brushed DC geared motors, this article will not describe them. The selection principle of micro DC motor: the faster the speed, the smaller the torque, and vice versa; the speed, voltage and transmission ratio of the reducer should be known in detail when selecting the type.
