What are the tooth processing methods of the gears in the micro gearbox? The gearbox industry can be divided into three categories: rolling method, forming method and space forming method.

Therefore, the machine tool used is simpler than the gear hobbing method. The forming method can be divided into index forming method and full tooth forming method.
3. Space formation method. This method uses a complete space cavity in the shape of a gear as a mold. The entire gear is cast and sintered in this mold. Pressed or die cast. Suitable for mass production of pinions made of non-ferrous metals and plastics.
Micro gearbox is also one of the electrical and electronic industries. Products in this industry are mainly divided into geared motors, electronic parking reducers, gear reducers, planetary reducers, DC geared motors, micro geared motors, etc. Broken teeth of gears in these products are a very dangerous form of failure.
