The DC reduction motor is mainly composed of the reducer part and the motor part. The reducer part includes components such as gears, bearings, worm wheels, worms, etc., and its specific types vary greatly depending on the design.
The motor part includes two main parts: the stator and the rotor. The stator includes the main magnetic poles, commutation poles, the base and the brush device. The main magnetic poles and commutation poles are responsible for generating the magnetic field and controlling the running direction of the motor, the base provides stable support for the motor, and the brush device is used to connect the external circuit with the brush inside the motor.
The rotor part mainly includes the armature core, armature winding, commutator and shaft. The armature core and armature winding constitute the electromagnetic part of the motor, the commutator ensures the correct flow of current in the winding, and the shaft connects the motor with the external mechanical device to realize the transmission of power.
In general, the DC reduction motor realizes the increase of torque through the reducer part, and realizes the conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy through the motor part. The design and coordination of different components are the key to ensure the normal operation and efficient operation of the motor. By optimizing the performance and structure of these components, the output efficiency and reliability of the motor can be improved.
