The operator is afraid of wasting the end cover bearing room. When repairing the brushless DC motor, the tolerance of the bearing outer ring and end cover should be appropriate. The lower limit of the tolerance range is adopted first, and the upper limit is unwilling to turn over. In this way, if the diameter of the bearing cavity is too small, the interference with the outer ring of the bearing increases.


In addition, maintenance personnel do not have enough knowledge about the benefits of reducing the large interference of the fit tolerance to reducing the noise of the DC motor bearing. For example, after removing the bearing, it is found that the outer ring of the bearing and the end cover fit well. Too loose, pad copper, perforate, or even replace the end cover, or replace the bearing, expand the outer ring diameter to solve this problem, the more common method is to expand the end cover bearing cavity, and then insert the bearing sleeve to make the bearing and the end cover The bearing cavity is tightly matched, resulting in increased bearing noise and heating of the bearing after the motor is repaired. Due to the tight fit, the bearing heats up, causing the grease to be squeezed out, and there is no lubricating oil in the bearing track (bearing working surface), and the bearing fails due to overheating.
