1. The electronic controller is required to work, which increases the technical complexity and cost, and reduces the reliability.
2. The rotor permanent magnet material limits the use environment of the motor and is not suitable for high temperature environments.
3. There are obvious torque fluctuations, which limits the application of the motor in high-performance servo systems and low-speed ripple systems.
Basic parameters of brushless motor:
Naming: The naming principles for external rotor motors vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some are named after the diameter and height of the motor stator, and some are named after the diameter and height of the motor. Our motors are named after the diameter and height of the motor stator. For example, a 2212 motor means that the stator diameter of the motor is 22MM and the height is 12MM.
Stator diameter: silicon steel sheet stator diameter
Stator height (thickness): the height of the silicon steel sheet stator
Number of core poles (number of slots): the number of slots of the stator silicon steel sheet
Number of poles: the number of magnets on the rotor
Number of turns (T): The number of turns of the enameled wire wound on the stator slot of the motor. Note that the regular number of turns refers to the sum of the number of coils wound in two adjacent slots, that is, one slot is wound with 8 turns and the other slot is also wound with 8 turns. It is 16T.
KV value: the operating speed of the motor. The greater the motor speed, the greater the motor speed. Motor speed = KV value * working voltage.
No-load current: working current when the motor is no-load under the specified voltage
Phase resistance: After the motor is switched on, the resistance value between the two contacts
Larger continuous current: Larger safe current for motor operation
Larger continuous power: the greater safe power of the motor running = voltage * current

Shaft diameter: the diameter of the shaft
