Application fields of micro motor.
1, aerospace field: aerospace vehicles are often in high vacuum, extreme temperature, strong radiation, can not be effectively lubricated and other harsh conditions, and the system weight requirements are strict, ultrasonic motor is the best choice of which drive.
2, precision instrumentation electromagnetic motor with gearbox deceleration to increase the torque, due to the existence of gear clearance and return error, it is difficult to achieve high positioning accuracy, and ultrasonic motor can be directly driven, and fast response, good control characteristics, can be used for precision instrumentation.
3, the robot's joint drive: using ultrasonic motor as the robot's joint drive, the fixed part of the joint and the moving part can be used as one with the stator and rotor of ultrasonic motor respectively, making the whole mechanism very compact.
4, electromagnetic interference is very strong or does not allow the occasion of electromagnetic interference: in the nuclear magnetic resonance environment and magnetic levitation train operating conditions, the electromagnetic motor can not work properly, but the ultrasonic motor can be competent.
