Miniature motors are core power components in many products, including smart home devices, beauty and personal care products, and small medical equipment. Many customers face challenges when developing new products, such as high mold costs for the housing, incompatibility of parts between different models, and inadequate torque matching. To address these needs, Huajuntong has launched the standardized N-series miniature brushed DC motors, covering five specifications: N10, N20, N30, N40, and N50, providing a one-stop solution for lightweight miniature transmission requirements.

The core advantage of this series is its uniform 12mm outer diameter across the entire system. The only difference between the five models is the length of the core body. A longer body allows for larger internal winding capacity and a corresponding increase in output torque. All models share interchangeable mounting holes and output shaft specifications. A single housing, bracket, and gearbox can accommodate the entire series of motors, significantly reducing customers' investment in new product molds and shortening the development cycle. Each model has a clearly defined body size and basic positioning: The N10 has a body length of 13.1mm and the lowest torque, suitable only for resistance-free, slightly oscillating mechanisms; the N20 has a body length of 15.1mm, offering a balance of torque, size, and cost, making it the mainstream mass-production model; the N30 has a body length of 20.5mm, with 40% higher torque than the N20, capable of handling intermittent transmissions with slight resistance; the N40 has a body length of 22.5mm, supporting long-term continuous load operation; and the N50 has a body length of 25.5mm, representing the upper limit of the series torque, suitable for heavy-duty push-pull and locking mechanisms.

Based on a unified standardized interface, the N-series motors can be freely combined with various modular accessories to achieve different transmission effects as needed. The reduction gearbox is a standard feature. Planetary gearboxes are available in plastic and alloy steel, with speed ratios ranging from 1:10 to 1:1000, meeting the needs for speed reduction and torque increase. The worm gear self-locking gearbox is compatible with N20 to N50 motors; the output shaft will not spring back after power failure, and it is commonly used in valves and electronic locks. Custom L-shaped and ultra-thin irregular-shaped housings are also supported to fit into confined or irregular internal spaces.

The standard D-type output shaft of the motor can be directly fitted with eccentric vibration blocks, swing arms, transmission gears, couplings, and other accessories, easily achieving vibration feedback, reciprocating oscillation, and synchronous linkage. Regarding electrical control components, the 3V-24V micro drive board is universal across the entire series, supporting PWM speed regulation and forward/reverse rotation. N20 and higher models can be equipped with Hall sensors and incremental encoders to achieve high-precision speed and angle closed-loop control. Combined with limit microswitches, it effectively prevents motor stall damage and reduces after-sales equipment failures. In addition, a full range of small accessories, including shock-absorbing silicone pads, flange mounting brackets, dustproof and waterproof kits, and pre-fabricated plug-in terminals, are provided, balancing quiet operation, easy assembly, and environmental protection requirements.

Motors of different body lengths correspond to specific end-use scenarios, allowing customers to quickly match them to their products. The N10 is primarily used in headphone storage cases, mini toy flip covers, and ambient light fine-tuning-no-load micro-motion structures; the N20 comes in vibration and deceleration versions, widely compatible with beauty massagers, smart door locks, precision weighing instruments, and portable medical pumps; the N30 is suitable for mini electric screwdrivers, small transfer pumps, electronic keyboards, and 3D printing pens; the N40 is suitable for small water and gas valves, automatic appliance storage modules, and desktop lifting stands; and the N50 is used for electric locking of equipment, lightweight push-pull actuators, and high-power quantitative dispensing devices.

Choosing Chihai's N-series motors brings customers multiple practical benefits. All models feature a universal 12mm outer diameter, with multiple products sharing transmission components, effectively saving on mold costs. Motors, gearboxes, and electrical control components are supplied as complete sets from the original manufacturer, ensuring high component meshing and matching, quiet operation, and wear resistance to prevent gear breakage. Motor voltage, no-load speed, output shaft length, and lead wire type can all be customized to meet specific needs, with power supply coverage from 1.5V to 24V, suitable for micro-equipment across all industries. A clear torque tiered design allows customers to accurately select models based on product load and pricing, effectively controlling material costs.
