Planetary gear reducer design technology is central to high-tech product development and a core function of electromechanical equipment components. As product requirements for space and quality increase, high-precision planetary gear reducers have emerged, with ever-increasing demands for precision and confidentiality, input/output performance, vibration, noise, reliability, and service life. Below, we introduce the core technologies of precision planetary gear reducers!
The development of high-precision planetary gear reducers involves three core design technologies:
1. Dynamic design and analysis technology for gear reducers is the foundation for optimization design during gear reducer development. The core of dynamic design technology is the geometric accuracy of the system itself, and the transmission accuracy, transmission efficiency, vibration and noise, structural strength, and service life resulting from system stiffness, thereby optimizing the gear reducer design. Currently, there are two simulation methods: one based on digital models and the other based on analytical models.
2. Multiphysics coupling modeling and analysis technology is a core analytical technology in gear reducer development. Multiphysics coupling refers to the physical phenomenon formed by the interaction of two or more physical fields, such as fluid and structure, solid and liquid, gas and liquid.
3. Reliability design and life prediction technologies are essential for ensuring product manufacturing performance. Reduced transmission accuracy, increased vibration amplitude, increased noise, and damage to related working components are the main causes of reliability and lifespan issues in planetary gearboxes. Currently, modern digital simulation calculations and data analysis based on operating control signals are important aspects of gearbox reliability research, design, and life prediction technologies.
