What are the causes of abnormal vibration and noise in the motor?

Mechanical aspects:
(1) Poor bearing lubrication and bearing wear;
(2) Loose fastening screws;
(3) There are foreign objects in the motor.

 

Electromagnetic aspects:
(1) Motor overload operation;
(2) Unbalanced three-phase current;
(3) Phase loss;
(4) Short circuit fault in stator and rotor windings;
(5) Open welding of cage rotor welding part causes broken bars.
