The brushless DC motor is developed on the basis of the brushed DC motor. It has the advantages of stepless speed regulation, wide speed regulation range, strong overload capacity, good linearity, long life, small size, light weight, and large output. In order to solve a series of problems of brush motors, they are widely used in various fields such as industrial equipment, instrumentation, household appliances, robots, and medical equipment. Since the brushless motor does not have brushes for automatic commutation, it is necessary to use an electronic commutator for commutation. The brushless DC motor driver realizes the function of this electronic commutator.
The DC brushless geared motor refers to the integrated body of the reducer and the DC brushless motor (motor). Usually, a professional reducer manufacturer will integrate and assemble it and supply it as a whole with the motor.
According to the actual needs of customers' products, it can be matched with miniature reducers, worm gear reducers and other products. Provide customers with a complete set of DC brushless geared motor solutions, the product has the characteristics of low noise, small size, high efficiency, low energy consumption and so on. Among them, what are the control methods of the DC brushless geared motor? Here is a brief introduction:
1. Speed control
The speed adjustment of the DC brushless geared motor can be achieved by changing the voltage. There are two commonly used methods: one is to keep the conduction time of each phase unchanged. Change the magnitude of the voltage amplitude applied to the coil when each phase is turned on to achieve speed regulation. The other is to keep the voltage magnitude unchanged and change the length of each phase conduction time to achieve speed regulation.
2. Microcomputer control
The DC brushless geared motor was produced and developed along with the digital control technology. Therefore, the digital control of the DC brushless motor with a microcomputer is the main control method.
3. Forward and reverse control
Because the structure of the DC brushless geared motor is very different from that of the DC motor. Therefore, the method of changing the power supply cannot be used to change the direction of rotation, and the direction of rotation can only be changed by changing the relative relationship between the stator winding magnetic potential and the rotor magnetic field. The control method is to use two mutually different driving signals in the phase to control the corresponding winding to conduct, so as to realize the forward and reverse rotation. Electronic circuits can also be used for certain logic processing to obtain a forward rotation signal and a reverse rotation signal.
