A stepper motor is an induction motor. Its working principle is to use electronic circuits to convert direct current into a time-sharing power supply, a multi-phase timing control current. This current is used to power the stepper motor, so that the stepper motor can work normally. The driver is a multi-phase timing controller that powers the stepper motor in time.
At present, the application field of stepper motors is becoming more and more extensive, and it is widely used in machinery, electronics, textiles and other industries. The following are some of the more commonly used occasions:
1. Stepper motors are mainly used in some occasions with positioning requirements.
For example: wire cutting workbench drag, hair transplanting machine workbench (pore positioning), packaging machine (fixed length). Basically, it can be used in all occasions involving positioning.
2. It is widely used in ATM machines, inkjet printers, engraving machines, photo machines, spraying equipment, medical instruments and equipment, computer peripherals and mass storage devices, precision instruments, industrial control systems, office automation, robots and other fields.
It is particularly suitable for applications that require smooth operation, low noise, fast response, long service life and high output torque.
3. Stepper motors are widely used in textile machinery and equipment such as computer embroidery machines. The characteristics of this type of stepper motor are low holding torque, fast response speed for frequent starts, low operating noise, stable operation, good control performance and low overall machine cost.
