2. Lubricate bearings and gear trains regularly with appropriate lubricants to reduce friction and ensure smooth motor operation.

3. Verify that the motor is properly installed to prevent any vibration or misalignment. Vibration can cause the internal components of the motor to wear out, reducing their performance over time.

4. Monitor the temperature of the motor to ensure that it does not exceed the specified operating limits. Overheating can cause demagnetization, resulting in loss of performance.
