3: Noise selection Usually, the noise refers to mechanical noise

In fact, this noise may not necessarily be the noise emitted by the product itself, but may be caused by a variety of noises, such as resonance caused by too fast rotation speed, resonance formed by direct rigid cooperation between the reducer and the mechanical equipment, and noise caused by the eccentricity of the drag load.

Usually, the noise of plastic gears is lower than that of metal gears, the noise of helical gears is lower than that of spur gears, and the noise of metal worm gear structures and planetary gearboxes is greater. Of course, noise can also be effectively reduced by optimizing the design and ensuring processing accuracy.
