The diameter size of common DC gear motors is generally below 38mm, voltage is within 24V, and the reduction ratio ranges from 2 to 2000. Gear reducers are made of metal and plastic gears. Various parameters are used in different fields. Currently commonly used DC gear reducer motors include gear reducers, planetary reducers, and hollow cup reducers.
1. Gear reducer motor
The micro gear reducer motor is a micro motor drive closed transmission reduction device (also known as a micro gear reduction motor), which is a combination of a reducer and a motor (or motor), used to reduce the speed and increase the torque to meet the work of mechanical equipment Needs. And this combination can also be called a gear reducer or a gear reducer motor.
2. Planetary gear motor
Planetary gearboxes have better rigidity and accuracy than other types of gearboxes. They can be used in combination with micro motors, stepper motors, and DC motors to reduce speed and increase torque.
3. Micro DC Gear Motor
It is a miniature gear reducer motor. A miniature gear reducer is assembled on a DC motor to provide a lower speed and a larger torque. The output speed and torque vary according to the deceleration of the gear reducer. The greater the reduction ratio, the greater the speed. Low, the greater the output torque, the more gear sets, the greater the reduction ratio.
4. Coreless geared motor
The coreless motor uses a coreless rotor. This structure eliminates the eddy current loss in the core motor, greatly reduces the weight and moment of inertia, and also reduces the mechanical energy loss of the rotor. The coreless motor has a very good operating performance. The big improvement has the advantages of energy saving and high efficiency, and it has control and drag characteristics that cannot be achieved by iron core motors.
