How can the brushless motor achieve low noise?

The brushless motor for automatic partition doors used to use brushless motors, but now it is replaced by brushless motors to achieve low noise and smooth operation.

The brushless motor assembly includes armature winding, rotor (armature core), stator (magnetic tile), housing, shaft (armature shaft), etc. The deceleration device includes motor output shaft, gear, reduction box, etc.; the DC brushless motor and the reducer body are tightened together, and one end of the transmission shaft is a reducer-shaped structure, which is used in civil gate machines, garage rolling doors, instrumentation, cars and other industries. Because the motor has the cooperation of motor carbon brushes and motor rotors, its noise is high and its operating reliability is insufficient, which harms the high-speed rotation of the motor.

The brushless motor eliminates the original motor rotor and motor carbon brush composition. It has low noise, high operating reliability, low electrical impact, long service life, and the heat dissipation effect of the controller is very good, which is beneficial to greatly improve the speed ratio of the motor and the accuracy of control.

In order to overcome the shortcomings of brushless motors, a low-noise stable DC brushless motor without a motor rotor and motor brushes is provided. The low-noise stable DC brushless motor includes a transmission shaft, a housing, a motor rotor, a motor stator, and a synchronous motor winding. A controller is arranged on the transmission shaft and at the motor stator. The controller is connected to the synchronous motor winding. An insulating sheet is arranged on the motor stator and between the motor stator and the controller.

The controller of the brushless motor is a two-layer plate structure, and a driver PCB circuit board of anti-impact electronic devices is arranged between the multi-layer plates. After adopting the patented structure of the present invention, the motor rotor generates magnetic induction and rotates through the controller and the synchronous motor winding, thereby driving the transmission shaft to rotate. The original motor rotor and motor brush composition have been removed. It has low noise, high operating reliability, small electrical impact, long service life, and the heat dissipation effect of the controller is very good, which is conducive to greatly improving the speed ratio and control accuracy of the motor.
