In the gearbox of the miniature geared motor, its input bearing bears the axial force and torque transmitted by the motor shaft. The gear on the intermediate shaft is subjected to the torque from the input end and the braking torque from the output end when braking and the braking torque from the output end when braking. The gear on the output shaft bears the torque from the intermediate shaft, and also bears the braking torque from the output end when braking.
Common materials and properties of gear box gears of miniature reduction motors; in the reducer, the common material of the gear is low carbon alloy steel, and the gear material of the reducer is carburized steel. The performance requirements of carburized steel are as follows.
1. The ability to accept carbon is strong, and the surface can absorb a sufficient amount of carbon; the infiltration rate is fast; the carbon concentration gradient is gentle; sufficient hardness, strength and toughness.
2. The overheating sensitivity should be small. When heated for a long time at the carburizing temperature, the austenite can still maintain a fine-grained state, so as to realize direct quenching and prevent the mechanical properties from being deteriorated due to coarse martensite grains after quenching. .
3. There must be sufficient permeability to ensure that the core has high yield strength and toughness after quenching; in addition, a moderate cooling medium can be used to greatly reduce the possibility of deformation and cracking of carburized parts.
4. Low carbon alloy steel is not allowed to have serious banded structure, coarse inclusions and cracks, especially the surface of carburized layer.
