The structure of DC planetary reduction motor mainly consists of the following parts:
1. DC motor
The DC motor is the power source of DC planetary reduction motor, and the motor rotates through power supply. DC motor is generally composed of rotor, stator, brush and electrode, and its structure is relatively simple.
2. Planetary reducer
The planetary reducer is the core component of DC planetary reduction motor. Its main function is to convert the high-speed and low-torque power output by the motor into low-speed and high-torque power, so as to meet various different working requirements. The structure of the planetary reducer is compact and consists of planetary gears, sun gears, ring gears and planet carriers.
3. Output shaft
The output shaft is the output part of the DC planetary reduction motor. Its main function is to output the power converted by the planetary reducer to external equipment. The structure of the output shaft varies according to different working requirements. It can be a direct output shaft or an output shaft with a reducer.
