Secondly, let's look at the stepless speed regulation, which can be divided into two methods: mechanical speed regulation and electrical speed regulation.




Mechanical speed regulation is to add a mechanical stepless speed regulation device where the motor and gearbox are connected. The advantage of this speed regulation method is that the operation is relatively simple, the speed regulation stability is high, and it can be used in harsh environments, but it also has the disadvantage that the speed regulation range is relatively small and requires frequent maintenance.




The electric speed regulation method can realize rotor resistance speed regulation and cascade speed regulation of asynchronous motors, as well as voltage speed regulation and speed regulation of DC motors.




As we all know, the speed regulation methods of geared motors can be divided into two main types, namely stepwise speed regulation and stepless speed regulation.
