1 The output shaft is not installed concentrically, resulting in excessive deflection during operation, shaking during rotation, and excessive load. Please adjust the concentricity.
2 The motor has a short circuit problem. The motor and the reducer are generally installed through flanges and are very close. If the motor heats up, it will be transmitted to the reducer. Please check whether the motor winding is unbalanced.
3 The lubricating oil in the reducer is insufficient, or the viscosity is too high. It has deteriorated after being used for a long time. High-quality "gear oil" must be replaced as soon as possible.
4 The reducer may be overloaded, and the load driven for a long time is too large. Please check whether the load is different from usual.
5 The bearing of the second reducer is seriously worn, resulting in excessive friction between the worm wheel and the screw.
