What is the structure of the reducer?

The main components of the reducer structure are: gearbox, transmission motor, transmission shaft, output shaft

1. Gearbox: gear set, transmission shaft, box, gasket.

2. Gear stage: reducers have single stage, double stage, three stage, but some large reduction ratios can reach four stages. The larger the stage, the lower the reduction transmission efficiency.

3. Transmission motor: DC brush motor, DC brushless motor, stepper motor, hollow cup motor, motor, permanent magnet motor can be used.

4. Transmission shaft: sintered bearing, rolling bearing.

5. Output shaft: metal output shaft, plastic output shaft.
