A geared motor is actually a combination of a gear reducer and a motor.
Ordinary motors have high speeds but low output torque, often requiring a speed reducer to achieve specific torque and speed. A geared motor integrates the speed reducer and motor into a single unit.
Geared motors employ a serialized and modular design, offering wide adaptability and meeting the needs of a broad customer base. With the rapid development of the geared motor industry, more and more industries and companies are using geared motors, and many companies are growing and expanding within this sector. Geared motors are characterized by high strength, small size, low noise, high transmission torque, and long lifespan, and are widely used in machinery and equipment in industries such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, textiles, food, plastics, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, mining, tobacco, papermaking, leather making, woodworking, electronics, glass, and environmental protection. This type of assembly is also commonly referred to as a geared motor or a geared motor. A gear reducer is installed in front of the output shaft of a vertical ordinary motor (single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor) to form a geared motor.
